Les transports Guillermin (Autocariste depuis le début du siècle) deviennent le groupe Ailleurs en 2003 et regroupe 18 agences de voyages entre Lyon et St Etienne ainsi qu’un Tour Opérateur spécialisé dans les voyages en autocar au départ de la région Rhône Alpes. En 2004, le groupe reprend le TO Soleil Plus, 5 agences Ex-Suntour et d’autres agences pour finalement possédé ce jour 36 agences de voyages dans la région Rhône-Alpes.
